The Lounge

Swallows Barn Cottage was originally a stone barn which was converted in 2001 to a holiday cottage. The refurbishment has been carried out to a very high standard and consists of a lounge with a TV with Sky Digital, video, DVD and telephone. The cottage has a fully fitted modern kitchen with hob and electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and plenty of extra utensils. Off the kitchen area, is an attractive dining room with a Scandinavian suite. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, a single room and twin bedded room. The bathroom is fully fitted. The cottage is fully double glazed. The property includes a laundry area with tumble drier and washing machine. Outside there is parking and a barbecue area for those visiting the house and the cottage also has a children's play area. The owners allow the use of their large gym, which is adjacent to the cottage and includes running machines, etc for a full workout.
